Finally, it is Spring and the sun is shining! Naturally, that means it’s time to pull out the short sleeves and…sunscreen! One of our biggest mistakes is not using proper sun protection. It’s the biggest step you can take to prevent aging and skin cancer. Here’s a sunscreen essentials checklist –
Broad-spectrum. This is one of the most important aspects of a sunscreen. Broad-spectrum simply means that it protects against both UVA and UVB rays. UVA rays cause aging and UVB rays cause burning.
Reapply. For all day protection, it’s essential to reapply sunscreen. It won’t last all day through sweat

This past weekend, I had my first summer picnic in the park! I must say, it was THE perfect day for it - not too hot, a nice breeze and lots of white puffy clouds. Here’s how M+G got me ready for my day out!

There is no doubt about it – it’s hot outside. Very hot! And from the looks of the extended forecast, we better get used to it. I love summer as much as anyone, but when it’s too hot for me to lay out on the patio and attempt to get a healthy glow, that’s a problem.
