I was recently lucky enough to travel to Australia to train our partner Mecca on all things M+G. Finally, it is Spring and the sun is shining! Naturally, that means it’s time to pull out the short sleeves and…sunscreen! One of our biggest mistakes is not using proper sun protection. It’s the biggest step you can take to prevent aging and skin cancer. Here’s a sunscreen essentials checklist –
Broad-spectrum. This is one of the most important aspects of a sunscreen. Broad-spectrum simply means that it protects against both UVA and UVB rays. UVA rays cause aging and UVB rays cause burning.
