lather a small amount of cleanser in hands and gently massage onto wet skin. rinse clean with water. once or twice a week, use face mask in place of cleanser. apply a thick layer and leave on for 5 minutes or until foam dissipates. remove with warm water or damp washcloth. follow by applying moisturizer to clean, dry skin.
